Monthly Fee Includes

  • Well-Child Checkups, developmental screenings, preventative care

  • Home visits for newborns (0-2 months)

  • Unlimited sick visits — for both acute and chronic issues

  • Remote visits/virtual care for convenience and access

  • School, camp, and sports physical forms completed promptly

  • Parenting support — guidance on nutrition, sleep, behavior, and more

  • Minor injury care — lacerations, stitches, or glue

  • Evaluation and management of chronic conditions like eczema, asthma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety

  • Expedited referrals to specialists, therapists, and other services

  • Member-only pricing for autism evaluations and additional specialty care

Other Things to Note

  • Families with multiple children pay a maximum of $300/month, no matter how many children are enrolled.

  • We do offer financial assistance to families. We have a limited number of financial assistance spots available. Contact us more for more information.

  • For short-term memberships and/or special circumstances give us call or text and let's chat through what you're looking for!

  • We offer pay-in-full (one year) membership discounts: 10% off total cost.

  • Often, you can use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover the cost of your membership.

  • While we are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide superbills—detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
